Customers have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging included. There are no restocking fees.
To start a return, please email info@carmason.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the parcel arrives safely.
Exchanges are available when the requested replacement item is in stock. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued instead.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transfer.
